This machine is useful for cylinder finish pavement for concrete slabs such as factory floors paver, road and many more. Electric Roller Screed Paver Machine consists of a mechanized seamless pipe that spins against the concrete and allow to pull the unit over form rails.

FRAME CONSTRUCTION

Frames are made from welded steel panels in standard length of 2', 4' and 8'. These are bolted together according to the size of the slab width

LENGTH VARIABILITY

Frames are pin bolted with each other for quick erection. The total length varies from 3 m to 5 m.

• Finishing Cylinder (Front and Rear): 6-inch diameter and 3.5 m long (Rotating speed of 207 rpm).
• Drive Roller (Left and Right): 6-inch diameter and 1.5 m long
• Auger:10-inch diameter (With hard face welding to obtain maximum life).
